And your periodic reminder that Congress has the power to fix this. We are designed as a check on the other branches. We can strip their ability to grant cert. We can cut their appropriation. We can curtail their appellate jurisdiction. I have or am working on legislation to do all of that.
The times have found us. Our task now is to act.

@IzzyChambers @SeanCasten expand it /a lot/ and randomly assign small panels for cert questions and different small panels to hear each case that's granted cert. And give them term limits of, say, 10 years.
