The pivot to talking about the complexity of the tax code is such a tell lol. Like (a) the byzantine carveout system exists, like Claude, to benefit capital; but (b) so much of the executive class just walks around thinking complicated things are only complicated because the people who made them were dumb or they weren't hit with rulers enough by a hardass visionary big brain manager. It's like no dogg sometimes shit is complicated because it's dealing with something insanely fucking complicated
