@randahl Yes please see my other comment to what I ment by this. But you are right. This comparison is not the best one.
Tienanmen Square was a massacre and involved brutal practice of military.

@randahl don't get me wrong. What happened on Tiananmen Square is much worse than all that ever was done in the US...
But in a very dark and twisted way you can understand how soldiers shoot civilians in that situation, because leads did a lot to make it look for them like a battle situation.
Tank Man was a different situation and the solders at Least respected him as a human being. Yes at the end they carried him away... But the scene here just shows disrespect against human life.
