i flame roasted the peppers, sausage and artichokes under the broiler. i got extra oven shelves (i meant to just get one but got an extra) and we just keep one up there for blistering peppers and creme brûlëë

@edebill extra shelves are kind of a revelation because i like to roast a million vegetables
