Harij is NOT happy with the situation, calling it cruel, and I certainly can’t fault him for that.
Meanwhile Rose is crushing BAD on Harij, and is NOT happy when Tien (the merchant she normally deals with) turns up instead. Of course, Harij HAS turned up as well, but can’t get to Rose’s island because Tien used the boat…
Meanwhile, I think Harij is DEFINITELY starting to be a bit Tsun for Rose, even if he’s currently pretending to himself (which Rose, I remaind you, CANNOT do) that bringing Rose her favourite food (apples) EVERY day is purely transactional to get the love potion (which is not for him) in time…
I’m really enjoying #HelloImAWitchAndMyCrushWantsMeToMakeALovePotion this season, even if much of the drama is dependent on the two leads NOT talking to each other.
I normally hate that trope oh so much, but it’s at least well justified in this case so I can live with it.
I am a little disappointed that
a) #HelloImAWitchAndMyCrushWantsMeToMakeALovePotion doesn’t seem to have a TV Tropes page yet, and
b) I seem to be the only one on the fedi (or at least THIS fedi) watching it.
