    I'm 47. For this to be accurate now, I'd need the design on a tunic, not a crop top.

    A screenshot of an item on Vinted: it's listed as "Zara striped boob crop top. Madonna top. Vamp". If that doesn't explain everything, it's a black and white cropped vest top. It's mostly covered vertical stripes but there are two spirals on the lower half of the crop top, reminiscent of breasts, with the centre of the spirals as nipples.
