The Diplomat (Keri Russell) is perhaps the best #series #streaming today. But it’s beyond annoying that we get 8-episode seasons a year apart. Viewers completely lose the thread of the plot; characters age faster than the timeline; and it truly disrupts one’s enjoyment.

It’s as though a feature film had intermissions every 20 minutes.

I will however credit #Netflix for dropping full seasons rather than dripping out weekly episodes. At least for the season we can enjoy an uninterrupted story.
