At first I thought oh no, I've ruined the pan. When I first got it, it was pristine silver, then used it for the first time and the middle part turned orange. No matter what I did to scrub it off it won't come off. So I thought, Okla goodbye beautiful silver, but as long as still can use it's ok.
Then someone recommended that I use Scott Brite. I thought what's the big deal, looks like regular sponge only. Today out of curiosity, I poured some vinegar let it sit for a while then used the Brite on it and was stunned to see it just come off like that. Magic
Ps: Have cooked a few things with it including meat and fish. Did not stick at all. This is even better than my kononya non stick pans cos they always give up after a few weeks. This one is like, waaah as long as u heat it up properly it will be non stick! Science!
