    I think we can all agree that the ongoing PHP situation (#php2shell) is pure chaos. Sites being pulled down, everyone scrambling to produce a working exploit, botched disclosure, tons of half-assed exploitation attempts in the wild, etc. But my favorite part of this whole mess has been watching everyone and their mom trying to claim some bit of credit for it all... read on if you want a bit of a laugh (or you just want to try to make sense of it)

    @bongoknight Right? Honestly don’t know what I’m looking at half the time right now… I’m lucky in a way that in my role I’m not too affected by any of this (no absurd work spike) so I get to be a spectator, drop memes, make jokes and such. It’s fun seeing Fedi (and infosec social in general) come alive when stuff like this comes about (last time there was this level of energy was either the crowdstrike debacle or the xz/JiaTan situation).
