Oct 21, 2026, 2:26 PM@babe The absent comms were one thing, but I found it "hilarious" how some official institutions just threw up their hands saying they lack clarity and/or the regulation is unenforceable as is... Yet, it's been rolled out anyway and it's rare to see this amount of widespread damage and confusion caused by a single piece of regulation. I can't help wondering what exactly are the people responsible were thinking/aiming for with this all. It just makes zero sense!

@toxi We're all just expected to comply, and for a lot of people just understanding how to is A Task.
I'm pretty good at reading policy and it still took me a few days just to hunt down the information I needed to understand exactly what my responsibilities and options were (alongside the EPR)
