It's like someone jumped into my brain and made something specifically for me

I have discovered birb and I am now obsessed

https://birbplay.com/

I'm in some dungeon worlds fighting goblins with a trained parrot, having just freed a monster who was kidnapped from a castle. Meanwhile I have a red panda tending my nest and chopping my trees while a sparrow that undergoes mitosis collects popcorn for me in a field, and Dave collects it in a desert, as two seagulls catch fish on my behalf

Even some people I know who run large businesses were blindsided by it. The communication was beyond dire.

This legislation was a not-insignificant factor in me deciding to pack it in and focus on my health instead, as to make up the lost revenue I'd have had to completely run myself into the ground and I was doing a pretty good job of that already.

It meant what was already a litany of challenges that were difficult to cope with became insurmountable.

The next one is getting called Steve

How to tell them apart:

- Mashed potato has quite a scruffy face, with markings in several places on the white band.
- Chips has a nice clean white stripe in the middle but there's a tiny grey patch on top
- Waffles has a clean white stripe, no extra grey or black at all
- Fritter has a little mark leading off the nose

It's been pointed out to me that badger badger badger badger is just repeated 3 lines, rather than there being 12 badgers and I have therefore filled the quota

We are now up to badger badger badger badger

Meet Fritter

Aaron, I salute you https://aaronscatering.co.uk/our-menu/sausage-fest-pizza/

h/t @huxley

It frustrates me endlessly that multiple places offer a sausage pizza and none of them have labelled it 'sausage fest'

❤️ Waffles

Hedgehog feeding station retired for the winter. There are two nesting boxes out in the woods for them though, if any decide they need somewhere to nap

If someone other than my husband stood that close, even if I were friends with them, I'd tell them to back the fuck up. And I'm supposed to believe this is a perfectly normal and non-threatening interaction between virtual strangers?

I find it pretty easy to get immersed in films and TV, but there's a detail that nearly every film and show does that just isn't believable.

You have two characters with no real relationship or intimacy and they're having conversations (at normal volume) while less than an arms length from one another

I've just realised that there being 3 badgers around means we really do stand a pretty good chance of babies in the spring

@babe There was me trying to remember the lyrics to Bodger and Badger.

https://youtu.be/wiQkV-xWtTc

As we gain another badger, slowly we are making our way through the lyrics of the song

The above badger was not Waffles, it was Chips!

Chips has a little grey patch on his head, Waffles doesn't. I did suspect an extra badger a while ago but nice to see something to tell them apart

THERE'S A THIRD BADGER omg

I am guessing Waffles and Mash are a pair, because Waffles usually decides to turn up not long after he's visited
