@TrueNorthSpice Troublesome questions, but not related to separation, at the constitutional level mostly the same old, same old: elected senate, control over healthcare without losing funding (LOL), yada yada yada.

I disagree with your opinion they are unrelated to separation because those same topics are used to divide and to add fuel to their cause.Also, hopefully it wasn't your intent but your " same old ...LOL ...yada yada yada " ..etc...cones across as dismissive and that's worriesome because racism/ xenophobia was one of the biggest reasons we have tje US/Trump making our life miserable.

My yada, yada, yada was more a reference to having heard these same complaints, and variations thereof, for decades. However my reaction to "just give us money with no reference to national values or any other strings attached" *is* dismissive because that's probably never going to happen. The only way any province is going to get that is by separating and collecting the same tax from their citizens, and as we've seen, that's a long way from ever taking off. The people of the province have dismissed it and will continue to do so for some time to come.
