If you see someone stealing diapers….no you didn’t. If you see someone stealing formula or baby food…no you didn’t. And if someone is…the police needs to find out, compassionately, what to do about that. I’ve bought diapers for women, and food. I’ve seen women steal diapers….but it could have been a hallucination from the rank farts people rip in the Walmart aisles. I can’t be sure. This isn’t how civilized society addresses this. #News https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/mississippi-ag-says-police-shooting-killed-1-year-old-was-justified-rcna604424

@praetor
I mean even if she was jumping on the head of the cop, it's NOT justified to kill a child.

@praetor "fired at a vehicle while responding to a shoplifting call"
WTGAF??? In what sort of country would someone who did that not get instantly jailed? Followed later that day by guns being removed from all their colleagues whilst the institution's training was addressed?

@praetor Why would you even TAKE a gun with you if you're responding to a shoplifting call?

@TimWardCam The Police go to every call armed, and every state has different qualifications for use of deadly force. I don't know how Mississippi is, but where I'm from, Wyoming, the officer has complete authority to determine that because of our gun culture - nearly everyone packs. In practice, they raise the bar pretty high for it though.
