    Good morning tooters. I can’t believe it’s already after 8am, I don’t feel like I’ve been awake very long at all, but I have. Really weird dream last night that had me confused & bewildered in the dream which had me waking like 😳 that! So strange.
    The dehydrator has done its thing, the cumquats & kiwifruit are still slightly pliable & very tasty. I had to stop myself from eating too many. I’ll take a few down for my sister today, I can’t take her many though as her system wouldn’t cope, so just a few to give her a taste. My sourdough has also worked its magic, I’ve dealt with that & it’s in the fridge to rest. I haven’t decided whether to work it again this afternoon & then rest it overnight until I cook it tomorrow. I think it’s going to be a good loaf whatever I decide to do.
    A quiet’ish day for me today. An exercise class, still to be chosen, a visit to my sister, picking up my dolphin necklace from where I left it at my house sit & that’s about it for me today.
    Hope you all have a lovely relaxing #Sunday 🌻. #Dreams #Preserving #Sourdough #Exercise #Family.

    @feather1952 You live in a daylight slaving state. I dislike it. Working on my access road adding loads of gravel with neighbour that the local council refuses touch, blew 2 tyres, and no now money to replace for weeks.

    @feather1952
    That reminds me of my *dog tags* that I left on a branch while taking a bush shower on exercise somewhere in a training area south of Sydney… probalby rusted off by now…

    Haven’t thought about that for years. There remains some attachment still… why I wonder.

    @feather1952 Me and Monty Loco had a lovely long walk in the morning sun and I've just had a coffee (and a chocolate biscuit) to round it off. Monty has had a drink of water and gone back to bed. ;? )
    I've got to get a bit of cleaning up around the garden done today as the waste sack gets emptied tomorrow. I had planned for the resident grandson to do it but he's been in Sydney with mates all weekend and won't be back in time.
    My sourdough bread making daughter in law has moved to the other side of town and I've been missing out the loaves she used to give me (we were about 1km apart and now almost 40km). I'm not much of a baker but I did make some cheese and onion corn bread muffins yesterday and they're quite tasty. 😄

    @smitjo
    It sounds like a lovely morning for you & Monty Loco 😁.
    Shame you’ll be missing out on your sourdough loaves it’s expensive to buy good quality ones. I’ve taken mine out of the fridge for a few hours & will then give it another knead & out it back in the fridge until tomorrows baking time.
    Your muffins sound delicious though.

    @feather1952 it is pricey. $9.50 for a loaf of sourdough olive and thyme at my local bakery. I don't get it very often. 😄
