It's affected construction crews I supervise too, a lot of the skilled crews won't come into DC for obvious reasons. While we might be able to distinguish the rules of engagement differences between the National Guard, ICE, and the combined federal squads, your average construction worker sees uniformed men with guns as an urgent threat.
