Slowly come to realise that the business model I need for my new startup is a non-profit, as my intention is to keep the price as low as I can to actually make it make a difference to the target audience. But that means I need to find a way to pitch to grants bodies and generous people to help scale (and make sure I eat, and can run the infrastructure!)
