Every time someone I know remarks that they're getting their work hours cut and how it's bad since this means less pay for them, I feel a sense of visceral rage against our shitty economic and labor systems.

Like there are people who have to work long, possibly overtime, hours at their jobs to live and are damaging their bodies and mental health for it, and yet it's still bad when they are made work less and rest more because it means they can't pay for their needs.

The system is working as intended™️, btw!
