This has changed considerably in 2026: Simplified, there's a "Cloud MOS" and an "On-Prem MOS" now, effectively denying access to much of the knowledge base and the MOS Community to #Oracle Cloud-only customers.

As a side effect, the "new MOS" has gone FUBAR, but has a shiny new chatbot awaiting you. Yay!
