I finished the damson ice cream for lunch, so need to check the weather forecast to see if it will be cool enough to make more egg custard base soon.
Gooseberry next, then?
Friends elsewhere keep posting about strange flavours of ice-cream bought in various places.
Surely I can do better at home?
Any suggestions? (But not garlic and chilli.)
