I want to say thank you to Governor #TimWalz for doing the hard thing and stepping aside. I don't blame him for the fraud scandals and would have voted for him. However, it was the right thing to allow other Democrats to run in the primary so that his baggage didn't hurt his party or his state of #Minnesota.
Wait, WTF is happening in #Mississippi?!
THERE WE GO! MN HOLDS BLUE IN THE SENATE! AND GOVERNOR!
Congrats #PeggyFlanagan and #AmyKlobuchar!
I understand the reason why so far, but it is really irksome to see #Republicans ahead in #Minnesota while #Texas has been called for all #Democrats.
Let's go Hennepin and Ramsey counties!

A bitter lament from Jeffrey Blehar at #NationalReview about the wreckage #Trump has wrought. I'll add that the congressional #GOP was complicit in enabling their dear leader and deserves this generational loss.

A subtle trap is laid
What a beautiful day in #Minnesota to get out and #vote early!
Much respect and gratitude to the local municipal staff and election volunteers who make this possible. I felt a large contrast between the national angst surrounding the #midterms and the actual experience of voting locally. #Voting is safe, secure, and accurate and exercising our rights is needed to keep it that way!

I had a brief power outage last night. There was a loud bang in the alley. Upon investigation I found the deceased culprit (a chipmuck) on the ground beneath a blown fuse. Kudos to #ExcelEnergy. There was a truck here within half an hour, and took just 5-10 min to replace it.
This had the side effect of frying my #pfSense router. It was an old-old Dell Optiplex that didn't boot back up again when power was restored. During testing the power supply started to blast out magic smoke! I had all the parts on hand to build a replacement minus a motherboard. 2 trips to #Microcenter later (first mobo didn't have 2 long pcie slots) and after much rebuilding I'm back in business.
Hence, soclal.electrafish.tech had about 28 hours of down time.
I'm supposed to be working but my head is in the clouds
I'm getting closer and closer to Captain Adama's approach to computers

Whoever put up this news banner live on TV while #Trump was making his speech at the #UN deserves a raise

"He briefly addressed reporters Monday from a wheelchair outside the Senate chamber, smiling but speaking slowly and with some difficulty. McConnell joked that he wasn’t sure how many reporters would be there after dodging so many questions during his almost two decades as leader."
"Reporters and photographers were told by Senate staff not to take video of his remarks in the second-floor hallway, even though video is often permitted in that area. Still images were allowed."

Um, this doesn't seem healthy to me.
