Wordle in 5 because we got the second and third letters and that was it and not even int heright spot. Tossed out a question int he dark and it was not correct but it sealed 2,3 and 5 for us. Then had to decided between a couple of choices. Thankfully guessed correctly on our fifth guess.

It always happens in threes...

Anyway, that's my random Monday thoughts this morning before work. I'm afraid to suck, but I'm going to try and not give myself starting paralysis again and actually make myself work on stuff Ireally want to work on even if I'm scared I'll suck. That's that. Barins are stupid, anxiety is also stupid. Thanks for redaing this stream of rambling this far and hope everyone has awonderful day.

This is entirely a me problem that ihave worked on. You can't get good at something without practice, consistent practice. Sometimes the effort feels like amountan though. I'm hoping this time around goes well though. I really like the idea of doing things with my hands, making from something else. That's why i love crochet and my mosaic project which is still early. I paralyzed myself into not moving forward there admittedly out of fear of sucking. Buta gain, practice, no one is good to start.

So, I'm looking forward to my whittling tools coming. I just thought that I may check our local hardwarestore/lumber place to see what scrap pieces they may have that are untreated and not plywood to maybe practice with if they have any that are too small to do anythign with. Another part of my brain worries this is a stupid, hairbrained ide athat will just end up with me sucking but that's just my brain being stupid. I have a bad habit of talking myself out of things sometimes.

Woot, wordle in 3 tonight. Very awesome!

Also, random fun fact, they make chip/shaving catching aprons for wood carving evidently. I did not get one, but someday if I get good enough. I did buy am ess mat for my lap/table when I whittle so Idon't have to go outside to do it. I'll also be doing it over atrash can just because. Glamorous I know.

The plan this week is to try and get he hangers int he back of the cutout for my mosaic after cleaning up the parchment paper stuck ont he back then seal the back, this time keeping it elevated off the paper. I'll attempt to get the toaster oven set up this week as well and test its internal temperature stability. I want to start before it gets toocold to use the sunroom.

So, I've ordered a beginner set of whittling tools including a hook knife, detail knife and roughing knife that also comes wiht strap, compound for sharpening and atool roll. It also comes with four spoon blanks in Basswood, mulberry, cherry and walnut. Grabbed a nu cut glove and some finguer guards and tape to wrap other fingers with as needed. This week I'll finally be sitting down to workon my mosaic again. Need to finish prepping the cut out.

Honey candies are truly wonderful, also work to soothe a slighly scratchy throat that makes one cough a lot.

So, random question. Anyone on my timeline awood whittler? Specifically anyone blind or visually impaired? I picked up acheat whittling kit once upon a time and would like to try it again with a much better whittling knife to start maybe. Just an errant thought though as like mot things it seems stupidly visual.

Wentto bed at half pastten last night, watch at 100%, wore it to bed to try the sleep tracking, woke up at halfd past six, watch is at 94% hot damn I love this. I won't even need to charge it until abit before bed, and maybe not even then.

I'm now kind of afraid to leave my machine on overnight, bad part is I can't recall what Ihad left open that could have caused an entire meltdown liket hat. It was rlearly an audio driver issue or so much ram being suddenly used that my machine just... hated everything. It has never done this before so that was not fun.

Oh and Wordle in 5, we just didn't have much luck with our starting words today. Got the first three then had to figure out what the last two letters could be, which ended up being alot.

Well, that was fun, took a nap after work, came back to my sound being choppy as hell and could not understand anything to shut it down or restart properly. Unplugged and replugged in my headset dongle, clearly something in my audio just went batshit. First time that's happened...

Lunch today was more cheese ravioli in five cheese pausta sauce. IT is ared sauce with alot of ricotta in it and other cheeses. It is so good. Bertolli makes it and it is one of my favorites.

Oh, and my favorite word I found tonight was 'besides'.

Read so fast tonight in Braille practice that my index finger got abit numb, had to switch to my left hand to double check some characters. Ran into 'These' for the fist time tonight and words like 'their' and 'were' weren't giving me a momentary pause as I parced them. So... accomplishment! Practice makes perfect. Now if I can just do this in other areas like exercise and get back to doing that regularly.

Woot, wordle in 4, ended up with the fourth letter in the right spot and all letters known on the 3rd guess, then just had to plug them into the right spots by playing mentalword scramble.

If anyone has some awesome Apple Watch Apps I'd love to hear them. Quiet Grind evidently has one, IHave Book Player already, but yeah any games ora nything liket hat people want to recommend, let me know.
