Do not forget that 1/3 of voters still support Trump.
At least 1 of every 3 people are still voting Republican.
These people are lost, lied to, wilfully ignorant and delusional, and they will be voting for Republicans on Tuesday:

27 hours to go. I'm uneasy posting this. We lost someone who showed us that art matters.
But both the actor and any number of the characters he played would have said something like "The only instance to regret sharing the human experience is when there are no longer humans."
Journey well.

$175 for @zzclaybourne to break $8k.
I wuld love to wake up and see that. Just saying.
No, I won't make a penny off this. But full disclosure: if it goes that high, he'll probably spring for Rock & Rye floats.
Turns out the AO3 issue is a security incident. You shouldn't be using your AO3 credentials anywhere else and they say they did hash the passwords but IPs, email addresses, and password hashes may have been exposed.
If you're using your password for AO3 anywhere else, it's time to change it.
You shouldn't be using a password in multiple places ... but, if you are, go change them whether you have an AO3 account or not.
YOU HAVE 1.5 DAYS LEFT TO GET AN EARLY PIECE OF THIS.
After decades of working with computers I am generally correct--after all, "It will all end in tears" is evergreen.
That's why I encouraged @zzclaybourne to Kickstart his new book. I wanted to be right about something happy for once!
If this breaks $8k in the next 38 hours, he will net more than a trad pub advance would get him. Make the world better.

4yo wanted to be a robot for a costume party.
(I would have liked to thank #Dressmaker for getting me to make this, but the truth is that I am perfectly self-motivated to make silly things whenever an opportunity arises. If you find yourself less sufficiently motivated, maybe give the game a go; as both a seamstress and a game dev, I can only sing its praises.)
🌊 Good news: In the Faroe Islands, scientists have measured Atlantic currents since 1993. Even as the ocean warms, the Faroe record is holding steady for now; and we only know that because someone kept measuring.
🌍 Very sad news: In rural Afghanistan, young girls who did almost nothing to cause climate change are paying its steepest price. Climate-driven droughts are decimating harvests and the resulting debt is forcing some families to marry off their daughters far too early.
🪺 What you can do: You can add to the climate record yourself and I have lots of links here of ways you can help, from logging seasonal changes to transcribing old handwritten weather records.
Read on and, as always, share what you learn with someone you know --

OPINION: "For most people, the spirit of analog photography was mainly channeled through Instagram filters. But within the past five years, younger people have been increasingly drawn to the old way of doing photography," Rozen Rozental writes.

The new @zzclaybourne book is within kissing distance of $7k.
Not even a thorough kiss. More like how you kiss that one aunt on the cheek. No, not *that* aunt. The one you wish you could spend more time with.
Give https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/obsidiansky/khumalo-tales that kiss. You won't regret it.

What I like very much about this book is that nobody behaves as if they're in a book. They're just living their lives. I'm David Attenborough hiding in the bush, describing things. I mentioned in an interview that I envisioned the trilogy as fantasy travelogues. #JoyfullyAchieved.
