This composition positively cried out for a photo. Capturing the dual reflections of the not full but still very bright moon and a few stars was bliss on our first (and only clear) night at Rehoboth Beach, Del. this past week. Taken with a late model iPhone.

A vertical photograph from an iPhone of a beach at night. in the bottom 1/3 of the picture are ripples of sand lit by the moonlight, and above that is a small pool trapped by the rippled sandbar in which the moon is also reflected. Above that is a stretch of sandy beach and then a small strip of ocean is visible above that, also with a reflection. Clouds cover the horizon but thin as they stretch wispily toward the west (to the right). A waning gibbous moon is above the clouds.
