This is from the Makers of "Cards Against Humanity", a party card game where building the most offensive response to a prompt is the point. The winner is the person voted as having put out the *absolute worst* responses. If you aren't offended, you're playing it wrong, and might just be a psychopath. It's fun.
In context - this is on-spec. If you aren't aware of their game, and if the truly progressive stunts they've pulled, yes, this can be off-putting - that's good. If this offends you because you aren't aware of the context, you're likely a good person.
The intent here is to make Elon feel bad, because he should. I doubt it will work.
