I couldn’t find anything at all about professional ethics or anything relevant about conflict of interest in their constitution, maybe it’s not something they’re particularly focused on 😕

they also ̶p̶u̶s̶h̶ ̶ offer Lyrebird to their listeners as a “3 months free” trial (a.k.a. “the drug dealer model of marketing”)
I haven’t seen any indication that Dr Stevens has disclosed any association with Lyrebird anywhere & I wonder whether he’s perhaps a founder or has some equity in the company 🤔

@phocks About a year ago I had a nurse use this AI dictation software without my consent. I asked about my pancreas, and when I checked the after-appointment notes it said "patient asked about pregnancy test."
I do not have a uterus.
It took several phone calls and about 2 weeks of back and forth to get it fixed. The nurse no longer works there.
Check your notes, people, because nobody else will!
@phocks I recently looked at my online visit records. One visit to my PCP included notes that I had missed a court date for school and was facing a year in jail. None of this remotely applies to me. Yes, I will mention this next visit but just, wow. He never told me they were using these "tools".

I'd be loud, too, until they agreed to fix those errors and review all previous records under my supervision, with compensation for my babysitting time.
Or, option "B": lawsuit.
