But:
- who measures "the environment" by one metric only?
- what about biodiversity and soil health?
- what about animal welfare?
- what about not breeding pandemic viral strains in crowded tin sheds?
- what about antibiotic overuse?
- what about the change in consumer behavior between expensive organic eggs vs "cheap" battery-farmed eggs?
