Found just outside a remote consciousness research facility. This area was never attacked much during the Conflict, but, like everywhere else, resources eventually devastated the infrastructure and population. The facility was a cell focused on permanent containment of a viable consciousness.

The INSTITUTE's early report indicate thi s mech was an experimental prototype utilising some tech later implemented in vessel containment. Current status on full independence is unknown.
