Are there sound reasons for a web site to ever have both of these things in combination?

- No Content Security Policy headers; paired with
- The following Strict Transport Security header:

strict-transport-security: max-age=0; includeSubDomains; preload

These both seem like Very Bad Ideas. Is there some arcane wizardry that makes these choices -- individually or together -- okay?

This is a power grab. AI tools are embedded in so many projects because companies needed to "prove" their value.

Now, people forced to use these tools will have their work infected with the AI stench, whether they meant to use AI or not.

Like when I was a kid flash games, Homestar Runner, RuneScape, etc. all existed and thrived. Flash was terrible yes but it did fill a niche that HTML couldn’t at the time.

Now it’s all big platforms, and also I feel in general people don’t just have fun on the web anymore unless it’s at YouTube or TikTok (but even those often cater to doomscrolling).

We may have been kids, but like so much of the web isn’t for fun anymore. And the fun is all centralised and curated.
