Right, it's time to sleep.

For tomorrow I rise, to see my oncologist and find out what the wonders of modern medical imaging have revealed about my predicament which requires morphine to keep the pain down (and even then, not completely).

Not many people would say this out loud: I hope it's severe arthritis.

That, and not further travels of my cancer.

Onwards, to the morrow, friends!
