I'm tired of all the bullshit and absurdity of the SWE industry hiring practices.

I dropped out of the interview after 5 minutes for a generic (senior!) data engineer role because it was another scam:
- you've got mail from a bodyshop cover - https://www.linkedin.com/company/wizippo/
- you're contacted by non-descriptive person via gmail (mr.usman2526@gmail.com) sitting somewhere at GMT+5
- they join the call without camera and talk to you in heavily accented English, reading from the script
- after an introduction from you they tell "our engineers work on the tasks after a US citizen engineer gets the job/project"

THIS is what the USA companies get for their lack of desire to hire/contract real people directly - shady businesses with no guarantees and security, bordeline fraud right away and who knows what else.
