We need to hold lots of our heuristics loosely. Eb Rechtin called heuristics “contextual sense” — and we don’t always know others’ contexts…
That said (smiles), in these times (job threat, uncertainty, ..), mistaks *will* happen, and making space for mistaks to be processed (not punished, but responded to, safely) as part of the day-to-day is (still) essential to resilience (and being a good place to be!).
