    Today I am writing to you from an extremely difficult situation. After months of delays in receiving the treatment I need, I am now suffering from increasing complications that have severely affected my health.
    Today, a medical tube was placed through my nose, and it was one of the hardest experiences I have endured. I feel exhausted, weak, and overwhelmed, as if my body can no longer handle any more suffering. I continue to experience severe pain in my left leg, while complications continue to affect my overall condition day after day.
    What is happening to me now is the result of not receiving treatment in time. From the bottom of my heart, I am asking for your help before my condition worsens even further. I urgently need treatment and support as soon as possible.
