Anyone know of an #accessible text editor for Mac that can convert textfiles into audiofiles using the text-to-speech voices on your computer?
I know textedit can do this and I've indeed been using that for a long time, but I'm getting kinda tired of using it because you have to manually fish out the files from the music app/folder when you've created them.
