@Meyerweb @glennf I just stumbled across the original source. It’s Manhattan, which is the bluest by a lot (~D+63) and drifted <1pt right. But that’s out of 1.05M active voters.

The only other NY county that drifted right was Chemung (top left), which has 51k active voters.
