Oct 30, 2026, 8:50 PMNo, and I am that close >< to leaving a club where I am a volunteer because they push AI so hard. There is another similar club I am also a member of so it's not too much of a hardship.
They may kick me out because I will not pay online, then I won't have to quit.
The people at AI loving club are great, except for their love of Big Tech and AI. Pity.

I use machine translations. I use computer-generated transcripts of audio files. I use Pixelmator’s “Super Resolution” feature to sharpen photos. But if you mean chatbots, no I don’t use chatbots or their summaries.

With some regret, I find the google "AI" responses to technical questions to be just useful enough that I keep using them.I do not and will not go agentic.
I could be a better person, but apparently I am not.

Life is too short. I would rather go hug a tree, a much more pleasurable endeavor.
