On Monday, ~200 Border Patrol Agents invaded an anti-border camp in Lochiel, AZ, made arrests and cut down the ancient Grandmother tree that campers had been protecting.

Less than 24 hours later, land defenders established a new treesit in the immediate path of construction on the Mexican side of the border after a masked land defender snuck past Border Patrol and scrambled up the 50-foot-tall Grandmother tree and into the platform already built there before.
