    Week 2 of trying to go a bit more analogue, and use a ring binder for my weekly planning.

    I'm not 100% on the whole thing yet. I will keep trying though, a bit more time, a bit more discipline - hopefully it'll _click_ ? My handwriting is a hot mess too... that's not helping 😅

    @hejchristian I decided today it was time to go back to a daily "workload assistant" sheet I developed for my last job. Digital can be both overwhelming and invisible. A sheet with only the things I need to worry about today keeps me better-focused.

    @raven That sounds cool. Is it like a checklist of tasks to achieve each day? or something more freeform that you'd fill in however you might need to?

    @hejchristian It's pretty structured, though around my previous job... thinking about how to adapt it.

    It has 4 slots for "tasks that must be done to day". Kind of a work-in-progress limit, take the four most important tasks and ignore the rest.

    A section for all of my meetings... only 4 slots, which is not nearly enough for my current job. :(

    A huge section for "My Team" and I don't really even remember how I used it.

    Then there's "schedule or delegate," and a section for project status.

    @hejchristian

    I'm sure this will change to fit my current role, though. I don't have examples of how I used it, and it's been 11+ years, so my memory of what I put in "Team", for instance, is rather vague.

    A "Workload Assistant" sheet dated today, with sections "Must Do Today", "Today's Meetings", "Team", "Blockers", "Review for Tomorrow", "Current Project" and "Schedule or Delegate".

    @raven Looks good! thanks for sharing more of your process :)

    I think I'm ok with my weekly planner sheet, which forms after a little end of the week meeting, but I should consider looking into a daily sheet like yours also. Right now I just keep a little A6 or smaller notebook with me, which acts as a rough and temporary place to dump important info/tasks/etc for.
