I requested something that would tap down a panic attack. Her first suggestion was Benadryl. I have glaucoma and cannot take Benadryl. Her second was a beta blocker.
I have seasonal allergy asthma. Nope.

I have never abused drugs. I’ve never abused alcohol. There is nothing in my medical records that would say no you can’t do that.
But somehow taking a Xanax once a year could lead me into becoming a screaming junkie.
