Wrapping my head around yesterday‘s follow up doctor appointment. Once or twice a year, I have severe panic attacks. Now that I am in my late 60s I am aware of the fact that panic attack symptoms are the same as heart attack symptoms in women my age. So I spent a lovely 12 hours in the ER.
So talking with the doctor yesterday I requested something that I could take that would alleviate panic symptoms to avoid unnecessary emergency room trips in the future.
