I gave up and I'm using photoshop to assemble a newsletter, maybe one of the worst ways to do this, but better than Scribus.
I told the board president that they need to buy some real desktop publishing software for next time

@MLE_online I assume there’s an upsell involving Canva, who bought the company a while back, but back when they announced going free, those of us that had previously paid for the Affinity suite and assumed it’d turn to shit were left pleasantly surprised. 🤷♂️
