One of the reasons I didn't upgrade from the Watch 3 to 4 is the change in the charging pins location. I've had my 3 inside a fully metal case with attached metal band that makes it look like a completely different watch. No one ever even knows it's a Pixel watch. But this style case doesn't work with the new pins. So with the 5, I think I'm just giving up on trying to make the thing look more interesting and throwing a stupid clear plastic with glass protector over the top. I'm tired.
