Nice pics from 2025 and 2026. In the two photos on the right, the cat on the right is the mother; the other cat is one of her four daughters.

(For the sake of Fedi, we can call the mother Cayla and the daugther Caylin.)

The two photos on the left show the daughter. Compression gave poor quality in the bottom left one but it's so funny, I love it. Below her are birdhouses high above the ground. Of course she has some idea that what she's contemplating doing is very much frowned upon. Fortunately, we've never seen her land on these birdhouses. They rarely catch birds as it seems; mice are less lucky...

Caylin sleeping on a high pile of clean, folded laundry on a chair.
Both cats sleeping side by side—a rare moment.
Caylin walking in the distance on a wall between two gardens. About 1 meter below her are several birdhouses hung about 1,80 m above the ground. She was walking away from the photographer but noticed she was being observed in a “thought-crime” situation. She looks back 180° to see who is the witness and whether that will require her to rethink her plans...
Caylin “hidden” under a rug; this makes a large bump and the photographer can see the tip of her nose as she looks from under the rug trying to see where the “ennemy” is. Her mother Cayla is sitting on the rug and watching her, or rather the bump, assessing whether the notable efforts of her daughter to get her to play are worth spending more energy than what she already did.
