@ireneista agreed - in the meantime I'm still glad there are at least some resources supporting admin/moderation work, even if that means living with a flawed concept
In my case, I do check the claims before doing anything.
Aug 5, 2026, 10:37 PM@ireneista I've seen a couple of these 'governance layer' ideas and something that stuck out to me is that they reliably seem to originate at physical, in-person conferences that are inaccessible and expensive and generally have an extremely poor representation of marginalized folks beyond "women"
