I got an old, heavy Singer sewing machine and sewing table from someone who wasn't the person who used to use it. He doesn't know how to install the machine in the table. It came with these four metal bolts and five black rubber grippy feet.

I can't make out a model name/number other than a Sears Kenmore. Is there a clear model name/number somewhere?
