During the oil crisis in the 70s, there used to be car free Sundays.

Today, in order to preserve our mental health and our capacity to interact properly with other human beings and physical objects, I propose a monthly Screen Free Sunday per month.

Only one day per month without smartphone, computer or TV.

What would you think about that?

Would you follow such a recommendation, if many others did so, too?
