I think it's a civic duty to tell people like this directly what you think of their decisions. They seem to operate in an echo chamber, oblivious to the concerns of those outside of it.

Building "gigacentres" all over Europe is dangerously misguided and a collosal waste of public funds. These monstrosities are wanted by no-one other than those who profit from them.
