  @stroughtonsmith The Masimo trade secrets suit doesn't seem to have gone anywhere. The $635 million judgment in November was about patents.

  @gruber @stroughtonsmith it doesn’t absolve Apple in any way though (not condoning OpenAI/its employees behaviour either)
