In the past 24 hours I have had to tell an employee that they are only meeting assignment deadlines 65 percent of the time and we agreed in May that they needed to meet 80 percent in order to meet the requirements of employment. They only have a week to get back to 80 percent. And then I had to, at the advice of my boss, report a different coworker to HR for bullying. I’m tired, folks.
