It amazes me the number of job posts that include
"You care about attention to detail"
or the like, and then use a form that's full of errors, that obviously a quick check before publishing would have immediately caught 🙄
@codebyjeff It really is all slop all the way down these days. Every JD looks the same, every recruiter sounds the same and reads the same script. They're all going through the motions and nary a stray neuron flickers in the dark.
@MongooseStudios the physical strain on my wrist from having to scroll past the 20 column inches of fluff description about the company, "who you are", more stuff about how amazing the company is...
just to get to the job requirements...
Don't they know it's a seller's market? Don't need the copy/paste fluff.

@codebyjeff I had someone who reached out to me for the first chat ask me that dumbass question. So I pointed that fact out to him. I had to follow up to even make the first call happen, I didn't bother doing it a second time.
