@covid_wastewater This doesn’t seem… right? Is Covid really that low of a problem now, or is the wastewater data now just not at the quality it used to be?
@blair I’ve watched these numbers closely for years (this is my bot) and I’m pretty confident in these stats. This is generally what we see in spring. The question is whether we’ll see a summer spike against this year.

Then it’s all the more surprising — I feel like this is the lowest I’ve ever seen it across the country. (Which I assume means summer is going to be brutal…)
@blair Last summer's spike suuuucked, it ruined a bunch of summer plans, when it was hot enough that eating outside was unpleasant. I sure hope that was an aberration. It'd be cool if we had a functioning CDC so we could understand why 2025 was different.
